Many people find it challenging to meditate on their own especially when they first start the practice. Through guided meditation such as Yoga Nidra we work together on increasing your self-awareness by focusing on the present. We train your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.
Yoga Nidra sessions can be run at your home or online via zoom call. I also offer corporate meditation sessions in offices. The duration of the session can be anywhere from 20 mins to 45 mins.
